You are invited to join us for “Shine”. Shine is a national event that will include banquet dinners held in Gurnee Illinois on October 24th, and in Miramar Beach Florida on September 9th. The theme for shine comes from Matthew 5:16, “Let your light shine before others so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in heaven.” The banquet is one of IREF’s favorite times of year because it gives us an opportunity to share with you the impact your support has made on the marginalized in rural India.
At Shine, you will hear inspiring stories of rebuilt churches, changed lives, and restorative work that is only made possible through the power of Christ.

17% of the world’s population lives in India. That is more than 1 out of every 6 people! And yet, according to Joshua project, in India, there is only 1 missionary for every 179,000 unbelievers. God is using IREF to shine the love of Christ to a spiritually oppressed part of the globe. At Shine, you will hear inspiring stories of rebuilt churches, changed lives, and restorative work that is only made possible through the power of Christ.
With all that is dominating the headlines today regarding societal angst and unrest, it is hard to deny we are living in a historical moment. And yet, for over 50 years, God has been faithful to reveal Himself through the ministry of IREF. His light is still shining brightly! Thank you for loving the unseen and the marginalized in rural India. We cannot wait to celebrate with you.
