Event Information

The 10th annual IREF Illinois Golf Outing returns on Saturday, August 6th at Bonnie Brook Golf Course. The Golf Outing is a scramble format. Staggered tee times are from 9am to 1pm. Register online at irefusa.org/golf or by emailing golfouting@irefusa.org.

**This year, the IREF Golf Outing and the Banquet Dinner will be on separate dates this year.

August 6th is golf only. Details for the banquet dinner will be released in the coming months.

Golf Information:

Staggered Tee Times from 9am to 1pm
Scramble format
Lunch on the go
Includes green fees and a cart
Contests and Prizes
Live tournament scoring leaderboard
$55 per golfer or $200 for a foursome

Hole in One Contest

This year the Hole in One contest is back! The first golfer to get a hole in one on the specified par 3 hole will win a $25,000 cash prize. The last time we did this, one of the golfers missed by 6 inches.

Note: All drives must be witnessed by a designated independent observer. Golfers ever having held any professional golf card are not eligible.

Each year, the IREF Golf Outing is made possible through our event sponsors. Event sponsorship creates a unique opportunity for businesses to support the ministry of India Rural Evangelical Fellowship. This year, there are three options for event sponsorship:

Hole Sponsorship ($100) – Includes at a designated hole
Lunch Sponsorship ($500) – Includes signage at every hole and one foursome
Event Sponsor ($1,000) – Includes signage at every hole, event brochure and one foursome

Since its origin, the ministry of India Rural Evangelical Fellowship, also known as IREF, has made a profound impact in Southern India. In forty years, IREF has provided safe housing and education for over 12,000 children ranging from primary school to post-college. Through the tool of education, many students have broken the cycle of poverty in their families. IREF also has introduced over 10,000 people to the love of Christ. Today, IREF sponsors 250 evangelists, operates 62 village churches, and houses 1,200 students. We believe that God’s love changes everything! True hope is found in Jesus Christ.
