We are excited to announce the first-ever IREF Golf Marathon on Tuesday, October 14, 2025.
This isn’t just a day on the course!
It’s 50 holes of golf with an eternal purpose—to bring needed hope, life-changing education, and the love of Jesus to children in rural India.

What’s a Golf Marathon?
It’s exactly what it sounds like—a full-day, high-energy golf challenge in which players or a team of two commit to playing 50 holes in 1 day! Friends, families, coworkers, etc. rally behind each golfer or team by pledging a donation for every hole they finish. As a golfer, this event allows you to advocate for the least of these in rural India and invite others to partner with IREF.
How much should I raise?
You or your team of two will raise a minimum of $1,000, which will go directly to ministry in India. Feel daunted by that number? We recommend finding 10 people who can commit to giving $2/hole.
Should I sign up with a team?
If you want the challenge of playing 50 holes of golf by yourself, be a team of one. If you want the experience of completing this challenge with someone else, invite a friend! Remember, the Golf Marathon is limited to 18 individual golfers or 18 teams.
